Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Conduct Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and promote use of business conduct helpline and other contact methods
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee misconduct
  • Assist in report preparation, policy refinement, and training development
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles or communications experience preferred
  • Understanding of government contracting regulations preferred
  • Experience living or working in developing countries preferred
