Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Consultant to join their Community team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute online engagement strategies aligned with client goals
Manage client relationships, providing training and support on the community platform
Lead implementation projects and coordinate with clients and third-party teams

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, consulting, or community management
Experience with enterprise, small business, non-profits, and associations is a plus
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, API, and SSO
Experience with SaaS software and CMS platforms
