• 2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting, business analysis, or a related client-facing role
• Experience facilitating meetings and developing professional documentation
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines with moderate complexity
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with peers and leadership
