Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to guide clients on best practices and optimal use of the Tracking+ software
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and success criteria
• Manage training, troubleshooting, and reporting while ensuring implementations align with client goals

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of aviation consulting experience with aviation customers
• +2 years of hands-on software implementation experience
• Strong SQL Server expertise
• Project Management experience/certification preferred
• Firm understanding of regional and international aviation regulatory authorities
