Business Consultant

Job Summary

To support sales objectives, the full-time remote Business Consultant will assist in identifying customer needs, qualify prospects, and deliver tailored product demonstrations while ensuring customer satisfaction and effective sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying customer needs and key stakeholders in purchase decisions
• Construct and deliver custom demonstrations using customer data to address urgent needs
• Produce sales transition documentation and participate in transition meetings to ensure proper handoff to the deployment team

Required qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of supply chain management or enterprise pre-sales experience
• Knowledge of supply chain fundamentals and industry best practices
• Experience with manufacturing software, particularly manufacturing scheduling solutions
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
