Business Consultant

Job Summary

Driving business architecture for an enterprise quote-to-enroll system, the full-time temporary Business Consultant will develop and document end-to-end business processes, engage stakeholders for requirements gathering, and facilitate change management initiatives in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document end-to-end business processes, including process maps and flows
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment across teams
• Facilitate change management by building coalitions and organizing people for transformation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field; Master's Degree preferred
• Proven experience in business architecture, process mapping, and solution design for complex enterprise systems
• Foundational Process Improvement / Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification (Green Belt certified)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Visio or equivalent process mapping software
• Experience with change management and coalition building
