Business Consultant
Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives in the changing healthcare environment, the full-time Business Consultant will provide subject matter expertise, design and run dashboards, and build trusted relationships within the organization while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expertise in areas such as project management, finance, and data metrics to support cross-functional teams and business strategies
- Design and implement dashboards for clear communication and identify process improvements while developing budgets and documentation
- Build relationships to enhance subject-matter expertise and synchronize operations, communicating strategies and next steps to leadership and partners
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in business development, operational technology support, or consulting
- Knowledge of Salesforce, CRMs, or customer experience platforms
- Experience in the Healthcare Payor industry
- Familiarity with project management and change management methodologies
