Business Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Consultant to drive their recruiting efforts and identify business needs, problems, or opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver medium- to large-risk projects
• Conduct analysis, research, and decision-making to build business cases and high-level business requirements
• Partner with internal roles and external partners to address strategic needs and execute initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in business operations, technology, strategy, or customer experience
• Minimum of 8+ years of financial services industry experience
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of relevant skills, tools, and behaviors
