Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Builds long-term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of business consulting experience in a contact center environment
  • Experience with synchronous and asynchronous contact routing environments
  • Proven ability to manage senior executive relationships and provide thought leadership
  • Demonstrated experience in business process improvement and Customer Success
  • Deep understanding of Workforce Management solutions and processes
