Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plan
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify critical business functions and assess potential impacts of disruptions
- Design and conduct regular testing and exercises to validate the effectiveness of BC/DR plans
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience, or certifications
- Expertise in leading business continuity and disaster recovery events/incidents
- Expertise in process development and improvement, internal consulting, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
