Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end management of standard client escalations, transitioning issues into structured projects
• Define success criteria and track SLA adherence while running cross-functional meetings for accountability
• Identify risks leading to delayed resolutions and execute Root Cause Analyses post-resolution for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or incident/escalation management
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams under pressure
• Solid understanding of operational issues related to Global Payroll, Compliance, Integrations, and Fintech
