A company is looking for a Business Control Specialist I to provide analytical support and risk management monitoring for the management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence
• Gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and mitigation plans
• Prepare documentation for tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk-related issues to management

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
• Ability to follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
• Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture
