Business Control Testing Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst, Business Control Testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based control testing of operations and member experience controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with compliance and risk management teams to identify and assess risks and integrate controls into business processes
• Track the progress of action plans and provide review and challenge of remediations related to consumer complaints and disputes

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in control testing, compliance, or audit
• Working knowledge of consumer financial regulations such as Fair Lending, UDAAP, and Reg-E
• Experience in analytical roles involving complex datasets and policy reviews
• Ability to partner effectively with team members to execute testing reviews
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and collaborate as a team player
