Business Controls Advisor Principal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Controls Advisor Principal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitating alignment among policies, standards, and guidelines, identifying gaps, and driving corrective action
• Monitoring operational and strategic risks, implementing controls to mitigate risks, and translating deficiencies into action plans
• Acting as a liaison for internal/external audits, creating and executing Risk Control Self-Assessments, and escalating issues to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years related experience with a bachelor's or equivalent
• Ability to lead projects, carry out new policies and procedures, and communicate results effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
