Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Controls Analyst to support the execution and enforcement of its business controls framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track business control changes, ensuring timely progression through required steps
• Review documentation for completeness and adherence to standards, returning incomplete submissions for revision
• Maintain organized records of control-related activities and ensure documentation is audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in risk, compliance, operations, audit, or a related function
• Experience supporting process governance, change management, or control activities
• Familiarity with structured workflows and documentation standards
• Experience working with systems of record or compliance tracking systems is preferred
• Exposure to financial services or regulated operations is a plus
