Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Credit Officer (HOA) to evaluate and underwrite loan requests from Community Associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Underwrites and evaluates a range of Community Association loan requests
  • Supports field lending associates by addressing questions and ensuring timely disposition of loan applications
  • Maintains knowledge of credit policies, industry trends, and underwriting techniques to ensure compliance and effective loan structuring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience in Business Credit Analysis, Lending, or Underwriting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of accounting and finance principles
  • Familiarity with current banking laws and regulations
  • Understanding of loan documentation and bank policies
