Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business and Data Analyst, Education North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Extract, transform, and analyze data to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the design and maintenance of Tableau dashboards for key performance indicators and operational metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and support strategic decision-making

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Business or related field, or MBA
• 3-5 years of relevant operations and job experience
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, Tableau, and Snowflake
• Proficiency in Excel with experience in complex formulas and data presentation
• Working knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and analytics best practices
