A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst I.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using data from various sources to provide insights to decision-makers
• Create recommendations and strategic plans based on business data and industry knowledge
• Facilitate data-driven discussions with stakeholders and lead meetings to review analytics and track feedback

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred, with a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Experience in data mining from various sources and using statistical/business intelligence tools
• Basic knowledge of ITIL version 3 frameworks and ticketing tools
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with computers and infrastructure-level technical terms
