Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the SAP S/4HANA transformation, the remote hybrid Business Data Analyst will design and deploy global business processes, establish data governance, and facilitate real-time decision-making across functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Gather and validate data requirements across assigned process areas
• Contribute to the design of end-to-end global business processes within SAP S/4HANA
• Support system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business needs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related analytical discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar or related field
• Knowledge of ERP master data concepts, source-to-target mapping, and data quality controls
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Fluency in written and oral English
