Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

To support data development and maintenance efforts, the full-time Business Data Analyst will gather requirements, document data solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and creates detailed documentation of business rules and data needs
• Coordinates discussions with stakeholders to capture and review use cases and requirements
• Collaborates with developers to define and document data solutions that meet business needs

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant technical or business work experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Mathematics, or a related field
• Demonstrated data query skills and experience with Microsoft Azure Data tools or Snowflake Technologies
• Background in data analysis, profiling, transformation, and reporting
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum processes
