Business Data Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting data-driven decision-making, the full-time Business Data Analyst will gather and analyze business data, develop dashboards, and assist in improving operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from internal systems to identify trends
• Assist in the development of dashboards and reports to monitor key SaaS metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or similar role
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and key performance indicators
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or willingness to learn
