Business Data Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Claims and Provider Dispute Resolution departments, the full-time remote Business Data Analyst will analyze and manage data systems, generate operational reports, and present analytic findings while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide data analysis and reporting solutions to various business units to support operational goals
- Collaborate with business units and compliance teams to define and document reporting requirements
- Query multiple data sources using SQL and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI and SSRS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least three years of experience in healthcare related to Data Analysis, Database Development, or Database Administration
- Experience in a Managed Care environment is preferred
- Familiarity with Managed Care Applications (MCA) or Healthcare Core systems (e.g., Epic, FACETS) is a plus
- Experience with SSIS, Power Apps, and Power Automate is advantageous
