Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT for data intake needs across various commercial processes
• Lead the end-to-end requirements process, ensuring alignment with reporting and analytics needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field required; Master's degree is a plus
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial operations enablement, business analysis, or product ownership
• 2+ years of people management experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop others
• Proven success in translating business needs into functional requirements and partnering with IT
• Strong understanding of data quality concepts and their impact on reporting and analytics
