Business Data Science Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Data Science Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale advanced analytics models, including time series forecasting and market mix modeling
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure and strategy while ensuring stakeholder engagement
• Translate analytical findings into business decisions and coach team members on model insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, with a minimum of 2 years for exceptional candidates
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, D365, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Commercial fluency in CPG, finance, or sales analytics is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively in ambiguous situations
