Business Data Steward

Job Summary

To support the Data Operations & Governance team, the full-time Business Data Steward will manage and protect data quality, acting as a liaison between business operations and technical data teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, define, and protect data quality while translating business needs into data requirements
• Identify critical data assets and partner across the business on data standards, quality monitoring, and remediation
• Lead data quality initiatives and promote data governance, ensuring effective communication of data standards to end users

Required qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields
• Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, Ringlead, SQL, or data cataloging technology preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel
• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and translate business needs into data support
• Strong communication skills reflecting core values of the organization
