Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Specialist - Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage selling programs to generate leads and increase sales for the Customer Service division
  • Lead training of Solution Selling techniques and develop incentive programs to drive revenue
  • Manage service programs to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • 5+ years of Leadership Experience
  • Proven experience in establishing and managing selling programs and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in using sales and service management software and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
