Job Summary
Driving 100% outbound sales efforts, the full-time Small-Medium Enterprise Business Developer will engage HR leaders and business owners remotely to promote career transition solutions, manage the sales cycle, and build lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns
- Build and manage a qualified pipeline of HR and Talent leaders in small to mid-sized companies
- Utilize sales technology for lead tracking, opportunity management, and client communication
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR or Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales automation tools
- Experience in outbound sales and new business development
- Familiarity with data enrichment and conversation intelligence platforms
