Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource on complex sales operational issues
• Support sales operations initiatives, including onboarding and sales process documentation
• Provide operational and analytical support to reduce administrative burden for producers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or business operations
• Experience working within matrixed enterprise organizations
• Experience supporting large employer or middle market sales organizations
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
• Proven ability to develop dashboards or executive reporting
