Business Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting growth initiatives, the full-time remote Business Development Analyst will manage project timelines, organize diligence materials, prepare presentations, and track project milestones to ensure successful execution of acquisitions and new center openings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tracking systems and reporting for active acquisition opportunities and new center opening projects
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and tracking follow-up items
• Prepare presentations and business development deliverables for leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in an analyst, project coordinator, or administrative support role required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management platforms required
