Business Development Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Growth Operations & Business Development Analyst will conduct market research, maintain Salesforce data, analyze pipeline metrics, and assist capture and proposal teams in pursuing federal opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities and monitor procurement forecasts across federal healthcare agencies
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information within Salesforce CRM while developing executive reports and business development metrics
• Assist Capture Managers with customer research, procurement history, and capture planning activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or a related field, with 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and interpret market and business intelligence data
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with federal government procurement and proposal development is preferred
