Business Development Analyst
Job Summary
To support the growth of the M&A group, the full-time remote Business Development Analyst will identify and engage with software company owners and decision-makers to source acquisition opportunities while managing relationships and tracking progress through Salesforce CRM.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and analyze markets for potential platform acquisitions
- Manage and track target accounts in Salesforce CRM to ensure accountability and progress
- Qualify acquisition opportunities and meet monthly business development targets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field
- 0-2 years of experience with a strong interest in software M&A
- Basic understanding of financial terms and metrics
- Prior business development experience with a high volume is preferred
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
