Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support its funding pipeline through prospect research, lead generation, and proposal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct independent prospect research and maintain a structured funding pipeline
• Draft and manage proposals and concept notes, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
• Oversee HubSpot CRM data integrity and generate reports for leadership visibility

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in proposal development, grant writing, or business development
• Proven ability to draft and submit high-quality proposals in response to RFPs
• Strong secondary research skills for identifying funding prospects
• Experience managing prospect pipelines and structured databases
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
