Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Business Development Associate to work in a hybrid environment, responsible for generating leads, engaging potential clients, and managing the early stages of transactions while collaborating closely with senior team members.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research to identify acquisition opportunities
  • Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement through CRM tools
  • Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate pipeline records, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities
Required qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
  • Hands-on experience managing pipelines in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings effectively
  • Self-starter mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills
