Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate responsible for outbound sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate new and repeat sales from assigned C and D level accounts
• Re-engage dormant or low-activity accounts through targeted outreach and personalized engagement
• Educate accounts on current promotions, products, and services to increase engagement and bookings

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience required
• Travel industry experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce
• Experience with Longitide, Calypso, Kaptio, or Tropics is a plus
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
