A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support strategies for increasing premium production in their region.

• Collaborate with various teams to manage and drive distribution and generate partner premium

• Support Business Development Managers and assist in improving partner management and onboarding processes

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced sales role
• Experience in onboarding and guiding new customers
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for discussing technical and business topics
• Strong phone and video skills with professionalism under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
