Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Networks Business Development Associate (Remote OR Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Networks Lead to manage performance of aggregator and wholesaler partners
• Conduct analysis of production data to identify trends and opportunities for premium growth
• Prepare performance reports and assist in day-to-day partner relationship management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting roles, preferably in the insurance industry
• Experience in onboarding and guiding new customers
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts with prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to discuss technical details and business strategy
• Experience communicating effectively at all organizational levels
