Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate, Real Estate Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing the real estate partnerships strategy to align with growth goals
• Conduct market research to identify potential accounts and EV charging opportunities
• Support relationship management with real estate developers and operators through outreach and coordination

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
• 1-3 years of professional experience in real estate, sales, or renewable energy
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Slack, and CRM software SalesForce
• Ability to gather and interpret market data for actionable insights
• Willingness to work PST hours is preferred, but not required
