Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Inside Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and qualify leads, initiate outreach, and engage with healthcare organizations
• Overcome objections and secure meetings for Sales Executives using targeted messaging
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and consistently meet monthly targets for qualified meetings

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in prospecting and pipeline generation
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Outreach.io
• Experience with Enterprise accounts and SaaS sales is a plus
• Background in healthcare, inside sales, or client-facing roles is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree preferred
