Job Summary
A company is looking for a Live Business Development Associate to drive seller acquisition and enhance platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive platform growth through new seller acquisition and strategic partnerships
- Negotiate business terms and partnership agreements with high-value sellers
- Coach and mentor team members to strengthen selling and analytical capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development and/or as an Account Executive
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on non-GMV benchmarks
- Experience working with external and cross-functional partners
- CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in analytical skills, including Excel
