Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to drive growth through partnerships in the cleantech and energy technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements with cleantech and energy technology partners
• Identify opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies to accelerate growth
• Conduct data analysis and develop sales tools and presentations to onboard new partners

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in consumer energy technology, demand response, or related fields
• Self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
• Ability to thrive in remote or hybrid environments and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical foundation and experience in lead generation or data-centric roles is a plus
