Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities to expand employer partnerships in Colombia and LATAM
• Prepare reports and track lead generation initiatives using CRM tools
• Conduct market research and support the identification of new programs based on demand analysis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
• 1-2 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
• Proficiency in lead generation tools and CRM systems
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced in written and spoken English
• Experience in sales or partnership development, with a passion for social impact initiatives
