Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate who will focus on building relationships with Sponsors and CROs to enhance clinical trial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to Sponsors and CROs to introduce the company's capabilities and strengths
• Generate and qualify early-stage opportunities for the business development pipeline
• Document outreach activities and track engagement in the CRM system

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, site operations, or CRO/sponsor-facing roles
• Ability to articulate technical and operational concepts clearly and confidently
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Curiosity and initiative in identifying and advancing new opportunities
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal travel requirements
