Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through structured outreach
- Conduct targeted prospecting and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with timely updates

Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or sales development
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
- Interest in professional services, consulting, or B2B advisory businesses
- Basic analytics skills to assess lead engagement and track performance
