Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development and Demand Generation Associate (Part Time Flexible, Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets and prospects by developing Ideal Customer Profiles and generating lists of potential leads
- Execute multichannel outreach campaigns through personalized email sequences and social media prospecting
- Track and report lead engagement while optimizing lead lists and collaborating with sales and marketing teams
Required Qualifications:
- Educational background in business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred
- Past sales, outreach, or leadership experience is a plus
- Experience with CRM or outreach tools, such as HubSpot, is beneficial but not required
- Competitive mindset with self-motivation and accountability
- Organized, coachable, and eager to learn from professionals in the field
