Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate - Mexico (Remote/Consultant).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential employer partnerships through research and outreach
• Prepare reports and update CRM with lead generation progress and outcomes
• Support the BD & Partnerships team with materials and presentations for employer engagement

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques, including CRM systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools
• Fluent in Spanish; intermediate English is a plus
