Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support deal origination and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage tracking in CRM systems
• Coordinate meetings and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Experience managing pipelines and contact records in a CRM platform (HubSpot preferred)
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive topics
