Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support growth within the North America Strategic Sales organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and qualify business leads through various communication methods and develop skills in lead generation
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Sales Team to create lead lists, nurture prospects, and track conversion progress
  • Support client acquisition initiatives by preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial materials
Required Qualifications
  • 0-6 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Ability to engage with prospective clients on a weekly basis
  • Experience with Salesforce and Excel for tracking performance metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a sales environment
  • Willingness to undergo product and financial market training
