Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies and conduct market research to identify opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage follow-ups in a CRM
• Coordinate meetings, manage the pipeline, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage outreach processes
