Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to join their Corporate Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a list of target companies for potential acquisitions, investments, or partnerships
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage engagement with prospective targets
• Coordinate meetings and maintain accurate records in the CRM, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified opportunities

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development, corporate development, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight
