Business Development Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Associate to support deal origination and relationship-building efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a curated list of target companies and conduct market research for acquisition opportunities
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns and manage communication with prospective targets
• Coordinate meetings, manage the pipeline, and support early deal conversations and due diligence efforts

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business development or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics, or relevant industry experience
• Experience managing pipelines and records in a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and synthesize findings
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently
